BlueMap is a performance marketing agency for high-ticket local businesses: veterinary clinics, home services, medical and legal practices and restaurants. Its marketers guide AI agents through Blueprints, the workflows and automations built for each industry, and campaigns get judged on customers acquired and revenue earned.

What BlueMap does

  • Local SEO and Google Maps optimization
  • Google Ads and paid search
  • Meta advertising
  • Landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Tracking and attribution end to end
  • Ad creative tested against performance data
  • Industry Blueprints: the workflows and automations built for each vertical

How the model works

AI agents do the execution. Experienced marketers set the strategy, check the output and decide what changes when the numbers move.

Campaigns get judged on customers acquired and revenue earned. The target is a minimum 3x return on ad spend, with 5x as the goal at scale, and the work is not finished until the client is profitable.

How a Blueprint works

A Blueprint is the playbook for one industry, so a campaign never starts from a blank page. It records how customers in that industry search and decide, which rules limit what ads and pages can say, who the usual competitors are, and which workflows and automations the AI agents run. A veterinary clinic and a roofing company both need local search, and almost nothing else about their campaigns should match.

Search and paid media together

BlueMap runs local SEO next to Google Ads, Meta advertising, landing pages and conversion tracking. Search captures people already looking for a provider, paid media reaches people before they start searching, and attribution shows which channel produced each customer, so the budget moves toward what works.

Why high-ticket industries

High-ticket local businesses share a pattern: a single new customer can be worth hundreds or thousands of dollars, and many of those customers start with a search or an ad on their phone. That makes careful tracking worth the effort, because each customer can be traced back to the campaign that brought them in, and a return target means something when every dollar of spend is tied to revenue.

Guillermo launched BlueMap in 2025, alongside Nearfront, to take the local search playbook built for dispensaries to other high-ticket industries across the United States and Canada.
