guillermobravo.com is the personal website of Guillermo Bravo, based in San Diego, California. Requests sent through the site are handled by Guillermo and the Nearfront team.
What the audit form collects
The site has one form, the free local audit. It asks for your website, dispensary name, city and state, number of locations, name and email, plus a phone number if you add one. It also records the address of the page you sent it from.
How it is used
Audit details are used to prepare the audit you asked for, to send you a confirmation email and a few follow-ups about it, and to follow up in person. None of it is sold.
Where it is stored
Each submission is saved in a Cloudflare D1 database located in western North America and emailed to the Nearfront team. Cloudflare also hosts the site. Audit requests are also sent to Resend, the service that delivers the confirmation and follow-up emails.
Confirmation and follow-up emails
When you request the free audit, Resend sends a confirmation email right away and a short series of follow-ups about the audit and about booking a call. To personalize them, your name, email address, dispensary name, city and state, website and number of locations are sent to Resend, where you are stored as a contact.
Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and the follow-ups stop on their own once you book a call. Unsubscribing does not affect the audit itself.
Booking a call
The booking calendar on the audit confirmation screen and on the book a call page is a Google Calendar appointment schedule embedded from calendar.google.com. It loads only when you reach that screen, and Google may set its own cookies while it is open. Booking a time sends the name and email you type into it to Google Calendar, which adds the meeting to Guillermo's calendar and emails you the invite and reminders.
To count bookings, a script reads Guillermo's booking calendar every 30 minutes. Each new booking is reported to Google Analytics as a single event with no name, email or other personal details, and Resend is told to stop the follow-up emails for that address.
Spam protection
The audit form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Turnstile reads signals from your browser to make that check, and Cloudflare explains what it collects in its Turnstile privacy addendum.
Analytics and advertising
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to count visits, see which pages people read and measure form submissions. Both set cookies in your browser.
It also uses Google Tag Manager, which loads the Meta Pixel. The pixel tells Meta which pages you visit, so ads on Facebook and Instagram can be measured and shown to people who have visited this site.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of these tools load. You can also block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, control LinkedIn advertising from its guest controls, with or without a LinkedIn account, and choose which ads Meta shows you in its ad preferences.

Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies whose names start with _ga to tell visits apart, the LinkedIn Insight Tag sets its own cookies to measure visits from LinkedIn members, and the Meta Pixel sets a cookie named _fbp to recognize return visits. The embedded Google Calendar may set Google cookies while the booking calendar is open. Blocking those cookies in your browser does not affect the audit form.
How long it is kept
Submissions are kept for as long as they are needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what you sent, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted. The audit follow-up emails stop with the unsubscribe link in any of them. For anything else, reply to one of those emails from the address you used.
California residents
If you live in California, you can ask what information this site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and opt out of any sharing for advertising, which includes the Meta Pixel. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is honored as that opt-out, and the site does not sell personal information.
Children
This site is written for business owners and is not directed at children.
